RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
• Customers can exchange/return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered.
• Exchange is only applicable for size change / defective product.

- At RIZZORA, we want to ensure a smooth exchange process for you.
- As we rely on trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. for exchange, our delivery partners charge us for both the reverse pickup from your location and the additional delivery charges for sending the new product back to you.
Our team will initiate the reverse pickup and send you the new product promptly.
- To streamline this process and make it convenient for you, we are not charging anything from the customers.

- In case of return once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to the Original Payment method.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- Refund of COD orders will be done in form of Store Credits only which customer can use to purchase any product from rizzora.com

• If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
• Any additional charges like Gift wrapping, COD charges, Additional shipping charges, will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
• To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on boxers and Special edition t-shirts, Vest, Tank Top, Boxers. We may also refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or spoiled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We don’t deduct any amount for cancellation if product hasn’t been shipped and it will be credited back to original payment method. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
